This is regarding “Majority Still Rule …” in the Record-Bee March 27. The United States is a Constitutional Republic, and not a Democracy. Look it up, do some research.
If the idea of democracy is so important for countries around the world like Iraq, why not “give” it to countries like Chad? Exxon Mobil began pumping oil from its new pipeline there in 2003 making record profits we were told. Why? No resistance. But as predicted, trouble is starting over power struggles over who gets to stay dictator and receive millions in oil money.
Meanwhile, “We The People” get to steadily pay more while new pipelines are supplying more. We are taught it is “patriotic” to like to be taken advantage of like ignorant, powerless serfs by billionaire plutocrats who pay-off “our” elected officials.
Meanwhile, Henry Kissinger keeps talking about the New World Order on television and no one pays attention. All they do is keep taking more away, counting on the public to lie down and think everything is fine. Did you know college students abroad from China think nothing is wrong there? Totally brainwashed and docile. Not only can it happen here, it is happening.
