July 13, 1926 to April 19, 2007
Jack passed away after a two-year illness. A native of Missouri, Jack lived in Lake County many years.
Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Elaine Haupe; son, Jack Jr., daughter, Theresa; and stepsons, Keith, Brian and Daniel Smith.
Jack was a veteran of the Korean War.
