Bob passed away April 17, 2007, at the age of 71, and was born June 19, 1935 in Boise, Idaho. He was a 26-year Lake County resident.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Othelle Hisey; father, Richard Sikes; and brother, Gene Sikes.
He is survived by his daughters, Debra (Neil) Farries, Shirlee Sikes, Rhonda (Terry) Klemme, and Heidi Sikes; and son, Robert K. (Kirsten) Sikes Jr; grandchildren, Jennifer (Lance) Bethel, Kristopher (Elizabeth) Klemme, Cody, Jody and Tanya Klemme, Ashley and Patrick Saxon, Cortney, Lexie and Blake; great-grandchildren, Brennen, Clarissa, Landon, Jasmine and Austin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a very caring and generous man. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 27 at Chapel of the Lakes Mortuary, 1625 N. High St., Lakeport.
