Wasson Memorial Veterinary Clinic has been a fixture in this county longer that the average resident. The veterinarians who run this clinic have always been available anytime day, night, weekends and even holidays in the event you have an emergency with your animal.
People come from all over just to bring their animals to be treated at Wasson due to their knowledge and experience. From the late Dr. Ralph Lewis who was known for his impeccable work with large animals, to Dr. Susan Cannon who has worked at Wasson since she was in high school to Dr. Chris Holmes who joined the practice in the early 1990”s and the most recent additions of Drs. Sara Gardiner and Beverly Hackshaw. Not only are these dedicated doctors extremely qualified, we have never experienced such compassionate and caring treatment toward our pets, and us.
It is clear that they really love their job. Believe me, over the past 21 years we have had the occasion to use the emergency after-hour service a number of times. Not only meeting a vet at the clinic on a Sunday evening, but discussing symptoms over the phone, and my panic phone call at 2:30 in the morning to Dr. Cannon, when my ailing dog died.
Wasson Memorial Veterinary Clinic not only provides excellent care to our animals, but the entire staff goes above and beyond to help the community in general with their generous donation of care to our abused and abandoned animals. Their reputation is above reproach.
