Dear Family & Friends:
It is with a heavy heart that we must inform you of the passing of our mom “Penny” Pennington Dinneen last Friday in Petaluma. She had been ill over the past year and the Lord called her home.
She is predeceased by her son, Robert Leroy Byers.
She is survived by her loving children, Dennis (Lynne) DeCota and Roxanne (Denman) Kowalski. Loving grandmother to Robert Byers, John DeCota, James DeCota, Denise DeCota, Brianna Byers, Jon Byers, Joesph Kowalski and Giorgia Grace DeCota. Loving sister of Lee Pennington.
Penny was a native of California, where she was the proprietor of Penny”s Coffee Shop on Taylor Street in San Francisco and the Mecca Caf? in Lakeport.
We will celebrate her life at 11 a.m. Friday, May 18 at St Anselm”s Church, 97 Shady Lane, in San Anselmo CA 94960, (415)453-2342. Reception following at Roxanne”s home, 11 Graylawn Avenue Petaluma 94952, (707) 762-9501.
Donations made in Penny”s name can be forwarded to Shriners Hospital, 2425 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95817-2215.
