Local fire agencies, law enforcement and hospitals recently participated in a disaster-preparedness drill involving a staged multi-casualty crash. Shane Tinker and Sam Hukkanen from the Kelseyville Fire Department bring Anthony Frazier, 18, of Kelseyville, into the Redbud Hospital emergency room to be assessed by RN Marilyn Cramton, who operated as triage leader for the drill.
