MIDDLETOWN — Brandon Skinner pitched four innings for the victory and Tony Correia doubled twice and drove in two runs, leading the Middletown High School junior varsity baseball team to a 4-2 North Central League I North victory over the Kelseyville Knights on Friday in Middletown.

It was the league and season finale for both teams. The nearly all-freshmen Middletown squad finished 4-4 in league and 13-8 overall.

“It”s a great group of kids,” Middletown coach Ron Hays said. “It was a fun day and a fun season.”

Skinner worked into the fifth inning before giving way to reliever Dylan Galusha, who pitched the final three innings.

Justin Lilly went 2-for-4 with a double for Kelseyville.
