Another Kelseyville resident questions need for new bridge

I can”t believe the county is putting a bridge on the Merritt Rd. creek crossing in Kelseyville. Who decided we need a bridge one block from the bridge that goes into town? Seems a little foolish don”t you think? Kelseyville certainly has plenty of streets that need work.
