Thomas D. Patrick, born in Oak Grove, LA. Aug. 10 1942, long time resident of Cobb Mountain And Middletown was called home May 12, 2007. Tom is survived by the love of his life, his loving wife of 46 years, Carol Patrick of Yucaipa, CA.
He is also survived by his son Eric Patrick, daughter-in-law Laura Patrick and grandson Michael Verber of Cobb, CA, Tom is also survived by his loving daughter Deanna Patrick of Portland OR and the light of his life: granddaughter Jennifer Shovelton of Portland OR.
Tom Patrick and family moved to Cobb from Vallejo, CA in 1973. Tom was a long time Middletown Little League Coach and Middletown High School sports booster. He is a past President of the Middletown Lion”s Club and was instrumental in the early planning stages and construction of the current Lion”s Club in Central Park in Middletown. Tom was known as “The old man on the hill” at the geyser”s power plants where he worked for over 30 years for both PG&E and NCPA where he retired in 2003. Tom was an avid hunter and loved playing golf at Hidden Valley and Rob Roy, but his true love was his family
After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Tom passed peacefully with his family by his side.
Friends of Tom”s are invited to a celebration of life to be held in his honor Sunday June 10, 2007, 2:00pm at Rob Roy Golf & Country Club on Cobb Mountain, CA.
