LAKEPORT — The final sign-up date for the Konocti Youth Soccer League”s 2007 season is June 20 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Mendo Lake Credit Union office, located at 963 11th Street in Lakeport
The fee is $30 for the first child in a family and $25 for each additional child. Payment is due at the sign-ups. If you did not participate last season, you must bring a certified copy of your birth certificate to the sign-ups.
Uniform costs are $30 for a complete uniform (shirt, shorts and socks), $20 for shirt only, $10 for shorts only and $5 for socks only.
If you sign up after June 20 (providing there is still room left on teams) you will be required to pay the sign-up fee and a $15 late fee per player.
