UPPER LAKE — Upper Lake High School is starting up a cross country team for the upcoming 2007 season.
If you”re interested in participating, you need to obtain a physical, show proof of insurance and attend an introductory meeting in Room 12 on July 16 beginning at 6:30 p.m.
