Elaine Marie Murphy, 88, died in her home on July 14, 2007. Mrs. Murphy was born and raised in Minnesota but moved to California in 1943. She and her husband, Dave Murphy, moved to the Clearlake area in 1958 where they opened a long-standing real estate office and were very active in the community. Elaine leaves her sons Tim, Dave and Stan, their wives, 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She also leaves 2 sisters, Kay and Pat, and a brother, John.
She loved, and was loved, by many.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 20, 2007 at Lower Lake Cemetery with Pastor James Lujan officiating.
Jones and Lewis Clear Lake Memorial Chapel, Lower Lake, is in charge of arrangements.
Donations to Hospice Services of Lake County in lieu of flowers would be greatly appreciated.
