Julius was an avid fisherman, mechanic, gardener and loved animals. He was truly one of a kind and will never be forgotten.
Survivors include his sons, Richard (Barbara) Schmidt of Lakeport, Jim (Darlene) and John (Mary Ann) Schmidt of Nebraska; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
