Robert S. Dowell, a 10 year Kelseyville resident passed July 22, 2007 at the age of 88.
Robert is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lila; son, Robin; daughter, Bobbette; and 5 grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, July 27 at Hartley Cemetery.
