When it comes down to it, having a close group of County Managers, DAs, Sheriffs and the like, that work closely together is not always a bad idea. You can get things accomplished, make life safer and keep the community growth under control.
And our guys are masters at it. Every citizen in Lake County needs to go to Latitude38.com, a Northern California Sailing Magazine, and their June and July articles referring to the Bismarck manslaughter case “Death and injustice.”
They spell out some very important facts and ask questions that seem obvious but our Local District Attorney can”t find his way clear to ask. Almost as important as the lives that the tragic incident has taken and ruined is what it says about how business is conducted in Lake County.
I for one have never been much for worrying about what other people say or think. We all work hard to dispel the notion that drugs are cheap and justice expensive in Lake County.
Then our District Attorney goes out and shows his incompetence to the world. Give me a brake. Would somebody help him out and show him a law book and maybe a nautical rules of the road book. I would offer to do it myself ? but I”m busy working to pay taxes.
