Joel Charles Swinford passed away July 20, 2007 in Clearlake. He was born Aug. 1, 1932 in Georgia. Joel was a Resident of Lake County for 13 years.
He is survived by his wife, Goldie; sons, Robert Hill and Josh Greegory; and daughter, Sarah Hill.
