Matthew drowned swimming. Matthew leaves behind his wife Rachel, son Matthew Jr., daughter Ashley, mother Norma, father Frank Sr., sisters Laura, Kathleen, brothers Frank Jr., Wylee, Keith.
Matthew”s favorites were fishing, The Chicago Cubs, The Dallas Cowboys and a cold Bud to drink. Matthew”s mental disabilities never got in his way from being a kind, loving, caring, generous person, who always had a helping hand for others. Matthew is now at peace with God in heaven. “The Matthew Kosar Sr. Memorial Fund” has been set up at Westamerica Bank (donations may be made at any bank branch).
