Earl Forsyth, age 92, traveled home to Heaven July 28, 2007 at Sutter Lakeside Hospital. He was born July 18, 1915 in The Bronx, N.Y., and had been a Lake County resident for 25 years.
Earl was a veteran, having entered the Army Corp of Engineers Oct. 14, 1942. Later he worked for New York Life Insurance Company for 42 years.
Earl is survived by his wife of 57 years, Irma Forsyth of Lakeport; sons Glenn Forsyth of Kelseyville and Randy Forsyth of Santa Barbara; daughter, Pam Irwin of Lakeport; and six grandchildren.
Memorial Services were held Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at Jones Mortuary in Lakeport.
