LOWER LAKE — Sports physicals for all Lower Lake High School students planning to participate in athletics during the upcoming 2007-08 school year will be administered on Wednesday beginning at 6 p.m. at the school gym.
The cost is $15 per athlete and checks should be made out to LLHS Athletics.
Students must have an activities certificate on file before being allowed to try out for a sport. You can download a copy of the sports activities certificate at www.lowerlakesports.com or pick up one at the school office.
Please bring your activities certificate with you on Wednesday night. Be sure to fill in your insurance and medical history information.
