LOWER LAKE — Conditioning for Lower Lake High School football players begins Monday and runs through Aug. 16 at Gordon Sadler Field. Conditioning hours are 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Players must take a physical and provide proof of insurance before they are allowed onto the field. If you haven”t already signed up to play, you can do so on any of the conditioning days. Gear also will be issued during the conditioning days.
The first official day of practice for the 2007 season is Aug. 20. Junior varsity and varsity practices begin at 6 p.m.
