COBB — Dena Horton fired the low gross round, a 49, and Marilyn Angelley had the low net round, a 32, during Cobb Meadowlarks Women”s Golf Club action on Monday at Rob Roy Golf Course.
Club members are currently involved in four ongoing competitions — the eclectic, captain”s trophy, putter of the month and qualifying for the President”s Cup.
Net flight results during Monday”s play were as follows:
First flight — June Buckley, 35 (first); Horton, 35 (second).
Second flight — Paula Epperson, 33; Jan Thompson, 37; Cheryl Craddick, 38.
Third flight — Angelley, 32; Beth McCarthy, 35 (second); Pat Brooks, 35 (third).
Horton won low putts with 12.
