LOWER LAKE — Jonathan Guevara”s penalty kick put the Lower Lake Trojans ahead to stay and they went on to shut out the Point Arena Pirates 3-0 in a non-league varsity boys” soccer game on Tuesday afternoon at Lower Lake.
Rathid Alija and Miguel Perez scored later in the first half to put the Trojans up 3-0. Rodrigo Alanis assisted on Alija”s goal.
Lower Lake”s keeper, Polo Bravo, recorded his first shutout of the season.
The Trojans are 1-0-1.
