Last month, my daughter and I had a flat tire and were stranded on Hwy. 29 just past Diener Rd. It was getting close to noon and just a bit warm and no shade to get out of the sun. We saw approximately 40 to 50 cars pass us, and not one of them offered us any help.

Then, a white car stopped and a very nice lady with a grocery bag in hand got out and said that she had seen us on her way to Kelseyville and since it was getting hot outside that we may need some cold water and offered us help. I was absolutely flabbergasted.

I know she had to have gone to Kit”s Corner and purchase the cold water and chips, and then returned to where we were waiting for my husband. So I”ve come to the conclusion that there are still some very nice people in this world. Thank you.
