LAKEPORT — The annual Lake County Football Scrimmage, featuring all of the county”s junior varsity and varsity football teams, takes place today beginning at 4:30 p.m. at Clear Lake High School in Lakeport. The scrimmage is expected to end at approximately 8:30 p.m.
The scrimmage uses a round-robin format, so each team will face every other team in the county during the event.
The admission fee is $6 for adults and $4 for children, which includes dinner.
Three of the county”s varsity teams have new head coaches this season, so there should be plenty of new things to see.
