It is not permissible for elected members of Congress who swear to uphold the Constitution to be selective in choosing which parts of the Constitution they will uphold.
Therefore, it is incumbent on every member of the House and the Senate to hold Bush, Cheney, and Gonzales accountable for each and every illegal (and therefore, impeachable!) act, including lying to the people of America. None of their misdemeanors can legally be taken “off the table.”
