BUCKINGHAM — The front nine was the game of the day for members of the 59ers Men”s Golf Club on Tuesday at Buckingham Golf and Country Club.
Greg Scott won the gross flight with a score of 37 for nine holes. Jack Winter was next with 40 and Tom Salie came in third with 43.
In the first net flight, Jeff Markham led the way with 36.2, Denny Deaver had 37 and Rick Tracy finished with 38.
In the second net flight, Juan Dominguez topped the field with 31.6, Hal Weber was the runner-up with 34.6 and Dennis Amendola finished third with 37.7.
Salie won low putts with only 11. Frank Barthelmess had 13 and Markham, Fred Figg, Greg Scott and Ed Slevin tied with 14.
Keith Painter chipped in on No. 5.
