LOWER LAKE — Sophomore Leonardo Olivares scored Lower Lake”s first two goals and assisted on another as the Trojans beat Summerfield Waldorf of Santa Rosa 4-0 in a non-league varsity boys” soccer game on Thursday in Lower Lake.
Chuy Fonseca and Rodrigo Zuniga also scored for the Trojans, who improved to 2-0-1. Fonesca and Antonio Aceves also had assists.
Lower Lake led 3-0 after one half.
The Trojans used different goalies in each half but still registered their second shutout of the season.
Lower Lake returns to action Tuesday at home against St. Helena at 4:30 p.m.
