I have lived on Clear Lake for seven years. I have lived on four different lakes and have been to many. Clear Lake is the most pretty. Why is this the worst lake? Because of the weeds.
Sure taking too much water out for Yolo is horrible for the health of the lake, but the weeds are what has always made Clear Lake a second rate area. Yes, the weeds can be controlled, eradicated, etc. They do it every where else. Without quality management, nothing gets done. Only excuses.
