BUCKINGHAM — The Lake County Wine Alliance, is holding its annual auction, Saturday, Oct. 20, at Buckingham Golf & Country Club.
Tickets are available in limited quantity at $100 each and may be obtained by contacting the Wine Alliance at (866) 279-WINE.
Local artist John R. Clarke has created a new watercolor-on-silk painting, “Wine Colored Days,” which has been reproduced as a fine art poster. Clarke attended several community events during the summer and fall season to sign and sell limited-edition prints.
The wine alliance is a nonprofit group of wineries, winegrape growers and individuals that formed in 2000. This is its eighth annual benefit.
Proceeds from the auction will be distributed to various groups that benefit “the arts, health and community of Lake County.”
