LOWER LAKE — Kids 4 Broadway will be presenting a favorite fall play of Lake County youngsters, “Halloween Court,” 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28. Seventeen talented thespians ages 5 to 12 will be performing the production in Weaver Auditorium at the Lower Lake Historic Schoolhouse Museum.
Ashley is a 10-year-old girl who is visited on Halloween Eve by three pumpkin sisters: Picalia, Priscilla and Penelope. They sweep Ashley off to a magical place called “Who Did It Land” where Judge Judy is presiding over Halloween Court. Caspar the Ghost is being tried for stealing the headstones out of Grayson”s Graveyard. Characters such as Ace Ventura, Austin Powers, Miss America, Pocohontas, Spiderman, et al are part of the chaos in this zany adventure.
