Clearlake Police detectives have arrested 29-year-old Clearlake resident Judlin Jeanlouis in connection with a home-invasion robbery that took place Wednesday, Oct. 24.
CPD Lieutenant Mike Hermann reported that at around 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, detectives served a search warrant at Jeanlouis”s residence on 43rd Avenue. Jeanlouis had been identified as one of three males who comitted a home invasion robbery on 22nd Avenue Oct. 24.
Two of the three suspects were armed with handguns during the incident, according to the CPD. While at the location, the three suspects duct-taped two victims who lived at the residence, pistol whipped one victim in the head and reportedly stole one quarter pound of marijuana as well as several other personal items.
Jeanlouis was eventually identified through a photo-line up and was found to be in possession of several stolen items from the victim”s residence when the warrant was served.
According to the victims, Jeanlouis (who was known by the victims) was with two other male adults who have not yet been identified. They were described as black male adults, possibly in their early 20s, with one being approximately 5 feet, 9 inches and 150 pounds. This suspect was wearing a stripped shirt, baggy pants and had what the victims described as a “jerry curls” hairdo.
The next suspect was also approximately 5 feet, 9 inches and 150 pounds, with a light mustache and gray hat.
There may have also been a fourth subject who waited outside in a white SUV-style vehicle. This subject may have been seen at a later time with the vehicle and has been described as a black male adult, approximately 5 feet, 9 inches and 160 pounds with an earring in his left ear.
