BUCKINGHAM — Longtime Buckingham member Ed Jacobsen fired his sixth career hole-in-one on Oct. 13 at Buckingham Golf and Country Club.
Jacobsen aced the 175-yard, par-3 second hole, his fourth hole-in-one on that hole. He used a 7-wood and the shot was witnessed by Gerry Mohl, Don Meri and Pieter Van Hattem.
The next scheduled event at Buckingham is the Thanksgiving Day Shootout followed by the Tournament Players Club ABCD Scramble. The Christmas barbecue and annual awards presentation is Dec. 8.
