LAKEPORT ? The Lake County Arts Council”s Main Street Gallery proudly presents the works of 40 students from the Instilling Goodness and Developing Virtue elementary and secondary schools.
Award winning student artist Grace Jeng”s work will be a part of the exhibit showing from Jan. 4 to March 31. Some of the work has been donated to raise funds for the Hospitalito in Santiago Atitlan where a new building is under construction to replace the former hospital crushed in the devastating mud slide of 2005 following hurricane Stan.
This is the second annual fundraiser held in the Student Gallery, located at 325 N. Main St. in Lakeport, and will feature students under the instruction of the very talented Jackie Farley who can be contacted at 263-9320.
