ST. HELENA — With both teams coming off league games the night before, there wasn”t exactly energy to spare here Saturday as the Kelseyville Knights held off the host St. Helena Saints 33-27 in a North Central League I interlock varsity girls” basketball game on Saturday in the Napa Valley.
Jodi Snider accounted for nearly half of the Knights” offense with 16 points. She also had a team-high seven steals.
Allyson Brown also turned in a strong overall effort for the Knights (13-6) with five points, a team-high 11 rebounds and five assists, and three steals.
Kelseyville led 15-12 at the half and 27-22 after three quarters.
Kelseyville resumes its NCL I North schedule tonight in Middletown. Junior varsity action tips off at 5:30 p.m. and the varsity game follows at 7 p.m.
