LAKE COUNTY–According to a Thursday press release, Jim McMurray, fire chief for the Lake County Fire Protection District has been released from Sutter Hospital in Santa Rosa.
McMurray was moved to the Kentfield Rehabilitation Facility in Marin County.
McMurray was hospitalized Christmas Day for complications associated with pneumonia.
He was in the intensive care unit at Santa Rosa”s Sutter Hospital for two weeks. McMurray”s rehabilitation is expected to take four to six weeks.
He would like to hear from friends and community members during his stay in Marin.
