South Carolina has brought to the front, this countries possible historical moment, as to electing for the first time a member of the black culture or the first female president. Which will have the greatest impact of what we are as a nation is interesting?
My personal view is that all three of the front running candidates that the Democratic Party is debating at this time, would all be far better then the present holders of leadership. All have the drives and skills to lead, and seek the changes that would bring the pride and honor of what we as a people desire in the eyes of the rest of the world as well as our own people. I believe that the more important impact will be the election of our first female president.
Of all the different countries in our world, less then 10 woman have rose to leadership positions at this point in time. For this country to do so, will energize all countries to put aside old, outdated, and simply wrong views that only males have the skills to provide great leadership to their own countries. They can point to a female president of the United States, the most powerful, wealthiest nation in the world, has raised the status of its female population to an equal level, and thus allowing the female gender in those countries to make there own case, as to it being a time that equal equality with males has finally come.
It also advances the chances of a female of color to hold the same leadership position in this country which would bring us closer to even a higher level of greatness as a nation, as we set aside as many forms of bigotry as we can.
