LOWER LAKE — Lower Lake High School Drama Club will present its annual Comedy and Tragedy Night at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21 in the high school multipurpose room. The night will include all of the previously performed pieces from the Sac State Drama Festival that Lower Lake competed in Feb. 1 to 3.

The pieces will include student self-written monologues and duet scenes. The will conclude with the student-directed, one act, “Stormin the Teacher”s Room.”

The following students will be performing and showing off their amazing talent: Sean Mulligan, Nick Molencupp, Anna Southerland, Penny Speight, Juni Thom, Elizabeth Perkins, Alexa Perdock, Chelsea Chambless, Veronica Wilder, Angel Macias, Ryan Johnson, Rachael Reed, Amanda Bettencourt, Kayla Myrick, Lanie Nolasco, Jessie Steglich and Josh Salazar.

All proceeds from the night”s event will go toward the presentation of the club”s upcoming musical, “Sweet Charity,” which will be performed on May 30, 31 and June 1. Please mark your calendar so you don”t miss these winning performances. Refreshments for the evening will be provided thanks to a donation from Ray”s Food Place.
