LAKEPORT — Bryan Edwards pitched five innings for the victory and Tyler Beets went 2-for-3 as the Clear Lake Cardinals beat Tomales 8-5 in a non-league junior varsity baseball game on Friday in Lakeport.
Edwards struck out five and walked three as Clear Lake improved to 12-2.
Clear Lake dropped a 10-0 North Central League I South decision to St. Vincent on Tuesday in Petaluma.
