LAKE COUNTY — The Lake County Record-Bee will announce the finalists for its boys” and girls” Athlete of the Year awards in Wednesday”s edition.
Five boys and five girls will be named. Athlete of the Year candidates are required to be juniors or seniors who participated in a minimum of two varsity sports and who are in good academic standing with their respective schools.
Athlete of the Year winners and Coach of the Year winners will be honored sometime next month.
