LAKE COUNTY — The Lake County Record-Bee will announce the finalists for its Athlete of the Year awards in Wednesday”s edition of the newspaper.
Five boys and five girls will be named. Athlete of the Year candidates must be juniors or seniors who participated in a minimum of two varsity sports and who are in good academic standing at their respective schools.
Athlete of the Year winners and Coach of the Year winners will be honored sometime next month.
