COUNTY PARK — In a battle of the two remaining B-2 men”s softball teams, CPS Country Air beat Gifford Backhoe 12-6 during recent action at Lakeside County Park near Kelseyville.
Powered by home runs from Boone Bridges and Allen Aragon, who went 4-for-4, CPS led the entire way. Pitcher Dennis Price went the distance to earn his fourth victory of the year.
Gifford Backhoe falls to 3-1.
