Can someone please explain to me why it is O.K. for Safeway to be doing contruction through all hours of the night? Last night (June 17) was the worst so far. Truck engines revving, loading and unloading, banging, etc.
Those sounds carry very well during the quiet of the night.
I work and being kept awake all hours of the night makes it hard to consentrate and stay awake at my job.
When I did work on my home, we were only allow to do it during certain time frames. Why is Safeway not also made to work within these guidelines?
