LAKE COUNTY — Commercial fireworks displays are being set off during the Fourth of July weekend to celebrate Independence Day. Please be sure to keep companion animals inside during the displays, as the loud noises can frighten or disorient them.

Widgeon Point in Clearlake Oaks, sponsored by the Clearlake Oaks/Glenhaven Business Association.
Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino near Upper Lake.
Saturday, July 5
Austin Park in Clearlake, sponsored by the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce.
Konocti Harbor Resort & Spa in the Greater Kelseyville area.
Konocti Vista Casino outside Lakeport.
Additionally, please remember that it is illegal for individuals to set off fireworks in the City of Clearlake and unincorporated Lake County. Have a safe and sane holiday by watching commercial fireworks, which have received the appropriate permits.
