LAKEPORT — Clear Lake High School athletic physicals will be offered at the school gym in Lakeport between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on July 24 and again on Aug. 14.
The cost is $20. Athletic packets are available at the district office. All Clear Lake students planning to participate in sports during the 2008-09 season must have an athletic packet on file with the school.
