LOWER LAKE — Sports physicals for Lower Lake High School students take place Tuesday beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the school gym.
The cost for the physical is $15 per person. Checks should be made out to Lower Lake High School athletics.
Students must have a sports physical and activities certificate on file before they can practice or play in any games. You are encouraged to go to www.lowerlakesports.com to download a copy of the activities certificate. You may also pick up an activities certificate from the front office. Please bring your completed form on Tuesday night.
