COBB — The 15th annual Lake County Junior Golf Championship tees off at 8 a.m. Wednesday at Adams Springs Golf Course on Cobb Mountain.
There are staggered tee times for the various flights. Tournament director John Berry will announce each grouping before it tees off at the first hole.
Leading off at 8 a.m. will be the threesome of Jonathan Bridges, Tyler Drake and Nick Schaefer, along with marshal Jack Lucich. They will be followed by the 8:08 a.m. grouping of Blaine Ruggio, Josh Sumpter and Luke Lucchesi, along with marshal Ed McComb.
The 8:16 a.m. grouping features Wyatt Ferrell, Ryan Richardson, Jesse Phillips and marshal Tom Marshall. At 8:24 a.m., it”s Tyler Beets, Chris Irwin, Ryan Schmidt and marshal John Flynn.
The 8:32 a.m. grouping includes Brendan McQueen, Nick Carley and marshal Jim Ziebell, followed by the 8:40 a.m. grouping of Josh Benfante, Aaron James and marshal Ken Kearse.
At 8:48 a.m., its Corey Huber, Stone Phillips and Max Whitaker, along with marshal Jerry Boyer. Cody Beets, Keanon Jardstrom and Tyler Davis follow at 8:56 a.m., along with marshal Russ Leaper.
The only girls” flight of defending champion Lisa Copeland and Liz Berry tees off at 9:04 a.m. They”ll be joined by marshals Diana Marshall and Betty Curtice. At 9:12 a.m., Brendon Huber and Aaron Waldrop tee off, along with marshals Bob Norris and Tom Salie.
