LAKE COUNTY? According to a Thursday press release provided by Hospice of Lake County, effective as of last Tuesday, Marlene Kurowski, the executive director of Hospice Services of Lake County resigned from her position so that she will have more time to pursue her life-long dream of opening her own yoga studio.
In addition Kurowski announced her engagement to blues guitarist Rich Kirch, and she is looking forward to spending more time with him while planning their wedding.
She has served Hospice Services of Lake County since November 2004. She plans to continue to serve Hospice as a volunteer consultant.
Kurowski prefers not to be contacted at this time, but she looks forward to speaking to the press when she opens her new yoga studio.
