WALNUT CREEK — Dennis Cooley of Lake County won an individual gold medal during the Northern California Special Olympics Golf Championships on Aug. 18 at Boundary Oaks Golf Club in Walnut Creek.
Special Olympian Steve Wade teamed up with Dena Ebinger of Rob Roy Golf Course to win a bronze medal in the team division. And Special Olympian Daniel Cooley teamed up with partner Phil Spooner to finish fourth.
