Randy Ridgel”s recent letter ? in which he more or less accuses Hillary Clinton of being a mass murderer while offering only rumor and innuendo in place of any real evidence to support his claims ? is a prime example of the deterioration of the political landscape in our nation these days. I did not support Hillary Clinton”s candidacy, but the outrageous statements made by Randy Ridgel say much more about him than they do about her.
With the United States facing such a broad spectrum of challenges to the economy, the environment, and the security of its people, one would hope that a serious discussion of where the candidates stand on the issues would emerge from a concerned citizen like Randy, rather than baseless attacks that are nothing less than embarrassing.
