Has the campaign boiled down to who hugs who?
Republicans are absolutely right: Obama is a disgusting sexist! The proof is for anyone to see. For example, has anyone noted how many times McCain has embraced his VP candidate over the last couple of weeks compared to how many times Obama has hugged Biden? McCain hugs Palin both before and after meeting her as well as before and after her speeches. Since they campaign together, they hug all the time.
Obama, to his discredit, gives Biden a desultory hug (when he is forced to give one) of really, lukewarm, dishwater intensity. Obama also only embraces ? if one can call it that ? after Biden finishes his speech, if then. Forget the lipstick on a pig, let”s concentrate on facts! If Obama really believed in equality of the sexes, he”d be embracing Biden as much as McCain embraces Palin, maybe even more. But, no, Obama is withholding these warm, intimacies from his VP candidate. The mark of a person who doesn”t believe in the equality of the sexes.
The American people aren”t stupid. They recognize sexism when they see it!
